Twenty years ago, I saw my first patients in this community, fresh out of my doctorate and ready to get to work. Four years later, I opened the doors of The Hearing & Dizziness Clinic, because I wanted to do this differently: hearing care that's about people, not products.

What I didn't expect was how many of you would stick with us through both chapters, send your parents and neighbours our way, and become part of the story of this place. Twenty years later, that's exactly what happened.

So before we get any further into the next twenty, we wanted to stop and say thank you. Not with a sale or an offer, just with an afternoon together. Lunch, good company, and a chance to see some familiar faces.
